This is a historic moment in the fight to improve doctors’ workplace rights and we are calling for members to stand with us outside Court on Day 1!

Follow the hearings - online or in person
Hearings will begin on Wednesday at 10am, at Courtroom 4.1, Level 4, 47 Bridge Street, Sydney, 2000.
Please note the court has limited capacity (approx 30 people) and we cannot guarantee that members will be able to join the courtroom each day.
For those watching online, please note there will be a different link each day for the proceedings, along with a different webinar number and password. All the links can be found in this document and will also be shared on our WhatsApp Announcements pages.
The livestream will be capped at 1000 attendees, and we anticipate significant interest in these hearings. We encourage you to join a livestream with a group of your colleagues to ensure you can join!
Reminder to our witnesses: You must not watch any of the hearings until after you have given evidence (this includes in person at the courtroom and via the online livestream).
Important Rules for Watching
When joining the Webex link, participants must enter their full name and their organisation. List your organisation as ASMOF. e.g. “John Doe – ASMOF”.
The hearings must not be recorded under any circumstance, with significant fines in place for anyone who does so.
